How long does grading take?
Standard reports are typically completed within 24-48 hours. Power Seller subscribers get priority processing (12-24 hours), and Pro Collector subscribers receive same-day processing for submissions made before 2 PM EST.
What if I'm not satisfied with my grade?
You can resubmit with additional evidence to potentially improve your grade. Resubmissions are discounted at $7.99 (or free for Pro Collector subscribers). Our grades are based on the evidence provided—better photos often lead to better grades.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our AI-powered service, we cannot offer refunds for completed reports. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent report generation, please contact us for a full refund or credit.
